Cheerful Charlie’s Cannabis Co. is located just minutes out of North Bay on the Nipissing First Nation’s Reserve. We’re committed to bring you a cheerful experience and are eager to bring a wide selection of products to the community.
We’re a passionate group of individuals with a dream and part of the second wave of lottery system winners awarded a cannabis retail store license here in Ontario.
We know we are not “the only show in town” but that does not mean we cannot strive to be the best. All the hard work and energy put forth to make this dream a reality does not stop once we open the doors, we know it is just beginning.
Our promise is to create a welcoming, professional yet laid back approach in which customers will enjoy coming to the store, not just for their Cannabis products but to see familiar faces and be apart of something truly local.
Legal age to purchase and consume cannabis products is 19 years of age or older. A photo ID will be used to verify age prior to entering the store or receiving cannabis products through click and collect or delivery methods.
At Cheerful Charlie’s Cannabis Co. we aim to meet the needs of our customers. Customers are encouraged to let our helpful staff know if there is a product on the market that they would like to see in the store.
You can get your order delivered within the North Bay area, within a 20 km delivery radius. Deliveries will leave the store 4 times daily; 12:00 am, 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Indicating possible allergens, gluten, or sulphites is a mandatory labelling requirement for edible products. All edible packaging will list potential allergens that are, or could be, present in the product which includes peanuts and tree nuts.
Sold out products normally indicate that this is a hot item. Orders will be placed to reflect the customers needs. We receive shipment once a week, so products should never be out of stock for long.
Absolutely. Cannabis products can be returned to the store. However, it will have to be proven without a doubt that the product is indeed defective in some manner. Returns will only be valid if product has not been consumed, meaning returns will not be processed because a product doesn’t taste or affect the consumer as he/she envisioned.
Simply order online and pick up outside the store. You can call in your order or even chose online to pay upon arrival (choose CASH option). Please keep in mind, orders paid for online will be guaranteed, while orders that remain to be paid for will not be guaranteed. Orders will be held ONE day unless special notes have been added to the order, specifying pickup date and time.
Delivery orders can ONLY be paid for online with credit card or debit/credit. Deliveries will leave the store 4 times daily; 12:00 am, 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Please note that deliveries will be subject to a $7.26 delivery fee.

Age is 19+ MUST HAVE VALID ID to pick up NO EXCEPTIONS. Upon receiving your order, customers must provide the same valid ID with the name used to place the order and the last four digits of debit/credit card used for payment.
Visa, Master Card, Visa Debit or pay with E-transfer (select curbside for this option). We will call with further directions once your order is placed.
